Wreck Claims Lives Of Two Teens

GUNTOWN (WCBI) –  Two Lee County teens are dead following a Friday night wreck in Guntown .

18 year old Ben Dyer and 19 year old Kartrell Rivers both of Guntown were killed in the accident which happened around 9 PM .  The car driven by Dyer was traveling on Highway 45 North when it collided with a semi near the entrance of the Woodland Hills subdivision.  Lee County Coroner Carolyn Green says the Saltillo High students were both wearing seat belts .  Authorities are still working to determine exactly how the wreck happened.
