Worker Killed Repairing Power Lines

PRENTISS COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A worker with the Prentiss County Electric Power Association was killed as he was repairing damaged power lines Tuesday night.

36-year-old Jamie Guin was working on downed power lines on Highway 30 West when the accident occurred.

No additional details are being released at this time but the Prentiss County Coroner confirms the accident was weather related.
