Woman Found Not Guilty Of Threatening To Blow-Up DHS Building

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Lowndes County jury finds a woman not guilty of threatening to blow-up the Lowndes County Department of Human Services.

Roschell Cotton was arrested last year after the phone call. She was also charged with threatening an employee.

Cotton was found not guilty on both counts Wednesday.

Her trial was delayed until this month after prosecutors alleged she showed up to her first trial drunk and high back in May.
