Woman allegedly hits another woman with car in Oktibbeha County

CHOCTAW COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Choctaw County woman was accused of hitting another woman with a car in Oktibbeha County.

25-year-old Destiny Mack was charged with aggravated assault and leaving the scene of an accident.

Oktibbeha County investigators said deputies were called to the intersection of Blackjack and Blair roads on Tuesday evening about a woman lying in the road.

Witnesses told law enforcement a vehicle hit the victim and drove away.

It is an active investigation. So, not many details are being released.

Investigators told WCBI that Mack and the victim know each other.

The victim was stable at the hospital.

Mack remained in jail. Her bond had not been set.
