Winston Co. Cocaine Bust Suspect Turns Self In
WINSTON COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — The man Winston County deputies say was involved in a cocaine bust last week has turned himself in.
Cornelius Henley turned himself in to the Winston County sheriff’s department shortly after 10 a.m., Thursday, after a week on the run.
Deputies say they seized 41 grams of cocaine in a car Henley was in late last Thursday night, and he and a passenger fled the scene.
Investigators are charging Henley with felony fleeing, and possession of a controlled substance.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 25.
