Winston Academy Vandalized

LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – During the early morning hours on Saturday Winston Academy was broken into and seriously vandalized.

According to the Louisville Police Department, several of the windows both exterior and interior were shattered. Significant damage was done to classrooms and classroom equipment. Desks were found hanging from ceilings as well as paper work scattered amongst the classroom. Items reported missing include computers, trophies and cash.

No arrests have been made but police are working leads. Police believe several individuals are responsible for the damage. They estimate the damage to be several thousand dollars worth.
