Video: West Point Students Kick Off A New School Year

WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI) – Summer break officially comes to an end for students in the West Point Consolidated School District.

Monday was the first of school.

Students and teachers at South Side Elementary started the day with an assembly.

Administrators reviewed school rules and expectations and offered words of motivation.

Almost five hundred third and fourth graders attend South Side.
