West Point native Wells Williams makes U.S. Open debut
West Point native and Oak Hill Academy alum Wells Williams made his U.S. Open debut Thursday.
The Vanderbilt junior went into the clubhouse tied for 117th after shooting five over in the first round. He was tied for ninth among amateurs.
