West Alabama Teacher Facing Sex Charge

CARROLLTON, ALABAMA (WCBI) – A Pickens Academy teacher is facing claims of an inappropriate relationship with a student.  30 year old Charli Parker was booked late  Monday night on one count of a school employee having sex with a student.  District Attorney Chris McCool says the allegations involve a male student and did not take place on school grounds.  He adds the investigation into the case is ongoing.

Parker is the head coach of  the women’s basketball team and a P.E. teacher at the school.
