Wanted Burglary Suspect in Custody

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)- CPD Captain Brent Swan confirms tonight that Anthony Prowell Jr. is in custody in Pickens County, Alabama.

He will be transferred to Columbus once extradition papers are signed.

Columbus Police Department issued a warrant for the arrest of Anthony Prowell, Jr. of Reform Alabama over the weekend.

He was identified as the second individual involved in the armed robbery that occurred on the 1100 block of 19th Street North.
