Video: Volunteers Spruce-Up Downtown Columbus

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Volunteers roll up their sleeves to help clean-up downtown Columbus, just days before Pilgrimage begins.

The Main Street Columbus Design Committee worked Tuesday morning at Leadership Plaza and Coggins Alley.

Each year the group works to keep downtown looking fresh.

Hundreds of visitors will soon be in town for the 77th Annual Columbus Spring Pilgrimage.

A kickoff party is planned for Thursday at the Tennessee Williams Welcome Center.
