Video: Young Entrepreneurs Serving up Sweet Summer Treats

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) -The old saying goes: “When life hands you lemons, make lemonade.” That’s exactly what a couple of business-minded young ladies are doing, with a little help from their moms.

Molly Munson and Annabelle Brislin, both age 5, opened their lemonade stand Friday morning at the corner of 2nd street and 5th Avenue South in Columbus.

The stand on the corner opened at 10 AM with the owners selling regular and strawberry lemonade.

The girls appear to have a good business plan.

“Some people are just hot and they need something to drink, and I need some money.”

At one dollar a glass, business was reported as brisk.
