Video: Yokohama Plant Work Continues

Clay County, MS (WCBI)- Despite the rain and cold weather, work continues at the Yokohama Tire Plant. Officials tell us everything remains on schedule. Crews completed about 60% of the dirt work and yardage. Tomorrow they will pour on the base for the water tank. Phase 1 is expected to be completed by 2015.
