Video: YMCA To Host Health Expo Saturday Morning

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – The Columbus YMCA and MUW Culinary Arts Department team up Saturday for a free Health Expo at The Y’s Columbus Branch.  The Saturday morning event will feature on-site health assessments, healthy cooking demonstrations from the MUW Culinary Arts Department, and exercise and fitness demonstrations.

Saturday’s event will also serve as a preview for the launch of the Diabetes Community Network.
