Video: Winston Man Charged with Aggravated DUI

WINSTON, Miss. (WCBI) — A Winston County man is in jail after a fatal accident.

29-year-old Drew Gordon is charged with aggravated DUI.

Winston County Sheriff Jason Pugh says Gordon was under the influence when his car collided head-on with a car driven by Eddie Smith last week.

Smith died at a local hospital.

If convicted, Gordon faces 25 years in prison.
