Video: Winston County Students Take a Tour of the Human Body

LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Winston County students get an insider’s look at how the body works. Mississippi State’s Extension Service brought the Body Walk program to Eiland Middle School in Louisville.

The children got to view the human body inside and out. They learned how what they put into their bodies affects their lives. Educators hope that lessons learned today will stay with them for life.

“If we can plant the seeds right now while they are children, it will follow them through their teenage years. And our ultimate long-term goal is Healthy Mississippians, healthy adult Mississippians.”
