Video: Two Columbus-Based Tech Firms Merge

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — Two Columbus-based technology firms have combined their resources. Exceed Technologies and 3 Point Technologies have merged into a single company. The new firm will keep the Exceed name, and will keep its headquarters in Columbus.

Exceed offers hardware sales, cloud hosting, and technical services, and with the acquisition of 3 Point, they will now be able to sell directly to state agencies. The transition is expected to be a smooth one, with Exceed President Jeremy Bandre maintaining his position. There are no plans to reduce staff or services.

Exceed also has offices in Tupelo and Jackson.
