Video: Tupelo Shopping Center Sells for Over 8 Million Dollars

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – A Tupelo shopping center is under new ownership. The Shops at Barnes Crossing on North Gloster Street has been purchased from RCG Ventures for just over 8.7 million dollars by a private investor from Athens, Georgia.

The retail center is home to Bed, Bath, and Beyond, David’s Bridal, Dollar Tree, and Margarita’s Restaurant.

The Shops at Barnes Crossing has been in operation for about about a decade.

RCG has owned it since 2011. There has been no word on any immediate changes in tenants.
