Video: Tupelo Opens Farmers’ Market

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) — It didn’t take long to clear out the fresh produce at the Tupelo Farmers’ Market Saturday morning.

The market opened its 2014 season, and manager Carl Brangenberg says that despite the rain they had a really good opening day.

He says people were ready to get some fresh produce, and most of the vendors were quickly sold out and gone by mid-morning.

The Tupelo Farmers’ Market will be open Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays beginning at 6 a.m. until the end of October.
