Video: Tupelo Junior Auxiliary Selects Citizen of the Year

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) –The BancorpSouth Arena was turned into a scene from a Paris evening. The 51st annual Charity Ball attracted hundreds of people. It featured music, food,  living ads and other attractions. The Junior Auxiliary sponsors the event and a highlight is the announcement of Outstanding Citizen of the Year.  This year’s winner is Jerry Clayton, founder of Alpha House,  a home for troubled young men.

Alpha House took in more than a thousand troubled young men.The ministry closed down last year.
