Video: Tupelo Boys And Girls Club Receives Donation

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) — A group of Tupelo High School seniors presented hundreds of dollars worth of school supplies to both Boys and Girls Clubs in that city. $360 in school supplies were delivered to the Haven Acres Boys and Girls Club. The school supplies were collected during a 3-day presentation of “School House Rock Live Jr” earlier this month. It was all part of a senior project by THS students who wanted to stage a play based on the popular cartoon series, and also do something for the Boys and Girls Clubs.

Boys and Girls Club members spend time each day doing homework, along with all the other activities the club offers.
