Video: Traveling Expo Makes Science Fun

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) — Students at one area school are learning that science can be an awful lot of fun.

Milam School students were able to shoot foam rockets, learn about water pressure, discover the art of balancing and take part in a number of experiments related to science.

It’s part of the annual “Science Fun Day” and it is sponsored by the Association for Excellence in Education. The entire school took part and a host of locals served as volunteers to help move all the students through the various stations.

The actual event is put together by a Mississippi College professor who travels the state holding similar science days.
