Video: Third Arrest Made in Beating of West Point Man

WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI) – Another man is behind bars for his alleged involvement in an August West Point assault case.

West Point Police Chief Tim Brinkley says police arrested 21-year-old Aberdeen man Constance McFarland Nov. 19.

McFarland was charged with aggravated assault, and his bond has been set at $250,000.

McFarland’s arrest marks the third since the Aug. 23 assault at a West Point Huddle House which left 32-year-old Ralph Weems in critical condition.

20-year-old Marquavious McMillian and 22-year-old Courtez McMillian have also been arrested in connection with the assault.
