OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) -Some changes soon to come on the Square in Oxford, now that the stricter parking laws will be replaced by some real tickets.

During the month long laws no overtime parking tickets were given but come Monday a new company hired will now be issuing REAL tickets.

The first ticket is free, violators instead will get a letter explaining the fine process for future tickets.

But after that, watch out. The second offense will cost you 10 dollars, then 25 and then 50 dollars. And for each month the fine is left unpaid, the price of the ticket will increase another 10 dollars.
