Video: New Program Makes Mississippi Job Hunt Easier

JACKSON, Miss. (WCBI) — If you’re looking for work, a job can now be found using your fingertips on the keyboard or your smartphone. The Mississippi Works program was launched today. You can look for openings based on job type, location, and academic degree required on your i-Phone or Android device.  Applicants can see how their qualifications match a particular job opening.

You must register for the program. Text and email notifications will be sent to job seekers. Employers can post openings at no cost.  www.ms.gov has more information.
