Video: New Condo Development Breaks Ground in Starkville

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) –Ground was broken Thursday on a 14 million dollar real estate development in Starkville. The 509 Condos project is going up next to City Bagel Café on University Drive.

The mixed use development will include 42 condos plus commercial space.

The two condo buildings will be named The Mary and The Joe after the City Bagel owners who sold the land for the condos.

The first phase is expected to be completed by Fall 2017.
