NEW ALBANY, Miss. (WCBI) -It’s official, New Albany High School is on its way to becoming an all I-pad school.
The school board has approved a $155,000.00, four year equipment lease/purchase deal.
Principal Lance Evans says the school’s 700 students will have I-pad Airs this fall.
The goal is to eventually do away with paper all together. That would mean students and teachers eventually would do all homework, tests and reading on the devices.
The devices would be refurbished each summer and after three years, they would be replaced with new models.
