Video: MUW Shows Off Bookstore Renovations

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – A local university bookstore is getting a makeover.

On Friday, the Mississippi University for Women held a ribbon cutting and grand opening for its bookstore, which has been under renovation.

The store now has new carpet, paint and lighting. It also has new merchandise – like clothing, glassware, and a school flag.

Store hours are from 7:45 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and until 3 p.m. on Fridays.
