Video: Muscle Cars Move Through Mississippi En Route to Hoover Hot Rod Stop

AMORY, Miss. (WCBI) -If you felt the ground shaking a little bit in Monroe County Wednesday, don’t worry the tremor was less seismic and more horsepower.

The 21st Hot Rod Power Tour roared through the Monroe County town.

Billed as the largest road trip in the world, the caravan of classic muscle cars made a pit stop in Amory for lunch, and to show off a little for spectators.

The Power Tour pulled into Hoover Wednesday evening. From there, it’s on to Gulfport before wrapping up in Baton Rouge this weekend.
