Video: MSU Honors Veterans

STARKVILLE, Miss (WCBI) – Mississippi State University remembers those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in their service to the country.

During a special ceremony Tuesday afternoon on the Drill Field, student veterans and other organizations read the names of service men and women from Mississippi who lost their lives during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

The program was coordinated by the G.V. “Sonny” Montgomery Center for America’s Veterans.

MSU president,  Dr. Mark Keenum was the speaker for a program following the reading of names.
