Video: Montgomery County Still in the Running for Veterans Cemetery

KILMICHAEL, Miss. (WCBI) – If federal funding is approved, Montgomery County will have the state’s second veteran’s cemetery.

The proposed area is on Highway 82 in Kilmichael.  It’s one of 17 on the government’s priority list.

45 million dollars is available to pay for the final projects chosen. It will be next July before finalists are notified.
