VIDEO: Monroe County Hoops Showdown Between Rivals Hatley, Hamilton

WATCH: Basketball fans in Monroe County got rivalry fever on Thursday night, as the Hatley Tigers traveled to take on the Hamilton Lions.

The Lady Tigers, thanks to 13 points from WCBI Student Athlete of the Week Alana Edwards, reeled off a 17-0 run to finish the game and down Hamilton, 48-31.

The Hamilton Lions saved the sweep, as Jacob Jaudon and the boys defeated Hatley, 53-35.
