Video: Mississippi’s First Lady Speaks at Oxford’s Scott Center Graduation

OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) – A special ceremony is held for some special graduates. Andrew Burton, Nicholas Jenkins and Paige Wilkerson received degrees Thursday night from the Oxford School District’s Scott Center for special needs students.

The school provides specialized education services to students in Oxford and surrounding districts. First Lady Deborah Bryant was the keynote speaker.
