Video: Max Home Makes Move to Sulligent

SULLIGENT, Ala. (WCBI) – Max Home finds a new home in West Alabama. The Mississippi-based furniture maker is leasing a 189,000 square foot building in Sulligent, Alabama.

Max Home is already having an impact on the area economy. The company employs 92, but plans to reach 150 to 200 at full production.

“We’ve hired about 90 people just here. We’ve been hiring more in our facilities in Mississippi as well so we’re growing and hiring and achieving and doing that every single day.”

The Sulligent facility is the company’s fifth manufacturing site in the southeast.
