Video: Houston’s Moore Signs with MS Delta CC

HOUSTON, Miss. (WCBI) — Another Hilltopper will be trading in his mascot to be a Trojan.

Senior baseball star Hunter Moore signed on to play for the Mississippi Delta Community College Trojans following graduation on Monday.

Moore will be joining fellow Houston High teammate Clay Hillhouse in Moorhead.

Hunter has had a breakout year as a senior, hitting a blistering .449 average with 27 RBI’s for the now 29-3 Houston Hilltoppers.

He will be a major part of the Topper team that will play for the 4A State Championship beginning Wednesday versus Newton County.
