Video: Hamilton’s Evans Signs with Blue Mountain Baseball

HAMILTON, Miss. (WCBI) — Another area star will take his baseball talents to BMC.

Hamilton High School senior Hayden Evans signed his letter of intent to continue his career on the diamond with the Toppers of Blue Mountain College on Wednesday.

Evans, who’s currently playing through a torn ACL, is the team’s designated hitter and is batting .500 up to this point of the season.

His Lions team is in the second round of the MHSAA baseball playoffs this week. They will face Pine Grove with the right to advance to the next round.
