VIDEO: Golden Triangle Boys and Girls Club Put On Christmas Production
STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)- The Jackson Five, The Supremes, The Tempations, Gladys Knight and The Pipps, the sounds of the sixties could be heard from McComas Hall on the campus of Mississippi State University.
This afternoon The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Golden Triangle presented “Motown, A Christmas Production”.
Those in attendance experienced a journey back in time when things were simple and music made things better. The event was a fundraiser for The Boys and Girls Club.
It had members of the clubs portraying some of the largest acts in music history, with the goal of raising awareness and funds for the clubs.
This was the first year for this type of fundraiser. Organizers say the plan on putting on an annual production.
