STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – It was an eventful Saturday morning at the Tractor Supply Company in Starkville were the organization Forever Outdoors was raising money for a good cause.
The organization was created out of a friendship formed between a Mississippi hunter who donated his kidney to a Kansas farmer. There love for the outdoors brought them together.
“It’s an organization Gill and I have started to help people get out in the outdoors. Our first event is a wounded warrior hunt, we’re taking five soldiers out to Kansas on a musket loader hunt next month,” said co-organizer Rob Robinson.
All the money raised will help provide hunting, fishing, and other outdoor adventures for those who may be physically or financially challenged. The organization hopes to share their inspiring story with others and promote organ donations.
