Video: Familiar Faces Serve up Dinner for a Good Cause
STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Harvey’s in Starkville was going to the dogs Tuesday, but it was all for a good cause.
The popular restaurant hosted a Celebrity Wait Night to raise money for the Oktibbeha County Humane Society.
A number of notables were on hand, including Mayor Lynn Spruill, Sheriff Steve Gladney, and WCBI’s own Aundrea Self..
Even Bully made an appearance.
The fun night supports some serious work.
“So basically tonight is about the community coming together to help a cause that they feel is worthy and I do to and this the humane society. We’re very proud to have the community support like we do.”
The annual event is one the Humane Society’s major fundraisers.
