Video: Eight Hospitalized in Oktibbeha Co. Wreck

OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Deputies in Oktibbeha County are investigating a serious wreck that sent eight people to the hospital.

The crash happened on 16th Section Road, between Highway 182 and Old West Point Road around 8 p.m. Saturday.

Eight people were sent to a nearby hospital, after two pickup trucks going north flipped over. Another car was also involved.

Deputies say they arrested a driver of one of the vehicles – Dana Roberson – who lives in Starkville.

They’ve charged him with leaving the scene of an accident, aggravated DUI, and careless driving.

The sheriff’s department is still investigating the cause of the wreck.
