STARKVILLE, Miss. – (WCBI) Jae Mcintosh knows how to fight. The 24-year old has 18-years of experience on the martial arts mat, with black belts in taekwondo, karate, and kickboxing.
Now, he is training in the combat sport known as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This form of street fighting, founded by the Carlos Gracie family, promotes that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant.
The walls of his Starkville gym are decorated in metals. No Limit’s instructors host an array of classes, including an all ladies class, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Everyone from strength coaches to police officers come to Jay for training.
He offered me a crash course.
