Video: CSpire and Tupelo Downtown Main Street Association Bring Football to Downtown

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – A popular event that brings fans of Ole Miss and Mississippi State football together is returning to Tupelo. On October 25th, a Jumbotron will broadcast the Ole Miss and State games at Fairpark in Tupelo. It’s part of the “CSpire Pigskins in the Park” event.

On that day fans are encouraged to arrive early, dressed up to show support for their favorite team and take part in festivities including tailgating, and other football related activities.

Organizers say it’s a way to bring back a popular and fun activity for the entire family.

The live broadcast of the Ole Miss Rebels road game in Baton Rouge against the LSU Tigers and the Mississippi State Bulldogs’ trip to Lexington to play the Kentucky Wildcats is sponsored by C Spire and presented by Renasant Bank and the City of Tupelo.Game times will be announced a few weeks before the games.
