Video: County Supervisors Meet in Columbus

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) -County leaders from across Mississippi are gathering in Columbus this week.

The city is playing host to the Mississippi Association of Supervisors  Minority Caucus..

The group is holding its annual Education Conference at the Trotter Convention Center.

The event kicked off Tuesday night.

It allows supervisors a chance to pick up some continuing education.

And it also gives them a chance to compare notes about issues they’re facing in their home counties.

Congressman Bennie Turner is the featured speaker.
