Video: County and School District Swap Land Parcels

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Lowndes County Supervisors and School Boar members agree on a property swap.

The County agreed to cede the property that is now home to the New Hope Baseball Field to the school district, in exchange for an empty 3 acre lot held by the school board.

The county deeded the baseball field property to the school board to allow the school board more control over its use.
