Video: Columbus School Board Meets to Discuss Improvements

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)-Some board members from the Columbus Municipal School District spent their Saturday developing new ideas.
Five board members met at the Wingate Inn to discuss new goals they want to try and accomplish for the next school year.
Members also discussed ways they can improve needs in their school district.
“Other things we want to try to do is be better allocator of capital throughout the district to improve each facility with its own needs that may not necessary a uniform type change for the district,” says Jason Spears.
The next board member meeting will be held Tuesday, January 21st at 6PM at the Brandon Central Services Center.
