Video: Columbus Rotary Club Honors Veterans

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) -Area veterans were honored by the Columbus Rotary Club Tuesday. The special program included a video with World War Two battle footage. It brought back special memories for Jim Campbell, who served in two wars.

“Having served in World War Two as well as the Korean Conflict…to be able to get back with some of my old friends that I served with and that are still around. I was just proud to be an American and be able to do what i could do for my country.”

Today’s event was the Rotary Club’s inaugural Salute to Veterans program.
