Video: Columbus High Sends Two Basketball Stars to Pearl River CC

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — Columbus High’s State Champions continue to bid farewell to their talented seniors.

Javonte McDavid and Cameron Douglas joined their special senior class moving up to the next level as the pair signed their letters of intent to play basketball at Pearl River Community College in Poplarville, Mississippi.

McDavid was the starting point guard for the Falcons this past season, scoring the final five points during Columbus’ State Championship win back in March.

Douglas was one of the team’s leading scorers this past season averaging in double digits for Columbus High.
