Video: Columbus City Council Makes Appointment to Convention and Visitors Bureau Board

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – The Columbus Convention and Visitors Bureau board is back at full force now. The Columbus City Council tonight appointed Liz Terry to serve the remaining six months on Bernard Buckhalter’s term. He stepped down late last year. Terry works for the state Department of Rehabilitation Services but fills the restaurant-related position on the nine-member CVB board because she was recommended by someone in the restaurant business.
