Video: #1 Alabama Not Looking Past Upset-Minded Bulldogs
TUSCALOOSA, AL. (WCBI) — Saturday brings a tale of two very different seasons.
The #1-ranked, undefeated Alabama Crimson Tide will face off against the (4-5) Mississippi State Bulldogs.
The Tide are 30-point favorites over the Bulldogs, but State proved last Saturday that lines don’t matter inside the “lines”, upsetting #4 Texas A&M a week ago.
“It’s going to be a big game,” Alabama defensive back Ronnie Harrison said.
“A lot of people sleep on them, think they’re not good. They did beat Texas A&M last week so they’re a competitor. We’re going to have to practice hard, and it’s going to be a big game.”
“They’ve got a great quarterback, and great running back so we have another challenge ahead this week. The quarterback is a great runner too, and the offensive line made good creases for the skill positions players, and they have a couple of wide receivers out there that can all catch and have great speed. We’re going to have another challenge on defense this week, and we’re looking forward to it.”
