Williams body was found by motorcyclists.
The abandoned cab was found a few miles away.
“When someone commits a criminal act, especially where there is violence, or a weapon or something involved, these people don’t need to be let out, I don’t care what it cost to hold them, these people need to be incarcerated. You go to me, everybody that keeps hollering that it costs too much to incarcerate people, it costs too much to put people in jail, you need to attend Mr Williams funeral and explain that to their family. ”
Gates turned himself in to authorities early Monday morning at his residence in Haven Acres.
